Ivy Houses was born out of the idea that no child should grow up without love, care, respect, and basic necessities. While it is unfortunate that circumstances prevent some children from being raised in their own homes, we believe that we provide a home away from home. We are not a substitution for a biological family, but we strive to provide a familial atmosphere, rather than a staff and resident relationship.

At Ivy Houses, we aim to provide a loving support system and collateral services to ensure our participants are well equipped in their transition from foster care to independent adulthood. The primary goal of our program is to help produce well developed, healthy citizens who will go on to be good stewards over their own lives, health, and wellbeing.

Ivy Houses believes that the root of creating a better and more prosperous life is through first gaining the education and knowhow to be successful and self-sufficient. Youth will be assisted in obtaining certifications and specialized skills that are in line with their interest and capabilities.
